MEN’S FITNESS TRAINING GROUP

A men’s-only, 60-minute semi-private training session built on strength foundations and functional movement. Led by Paul Christopher, this class is designed for guys who want structured, sensible programming in a motivating environment, offered Tuesdays and Fridays at 7:30AM. Expect expert coaching, smart progressions, and a solid crew of like-minded men pushing each other to get stronger every week.
