GROUP CLASS TRAINING SESSIONS

Join Us for a unique workout experience!  Voted as on of Boca Raton's top-rated group workouts, we offer six-class templates divided into three strength-based , our “Gravity” days (Upper Body + Conditioning, Lower Body + Conditioning, Total Body + Conditioning, and/or Strength Saturday/Sunday) and  three cardio-based, our “Oxygen” days ( Core + Endurance, Metabolic + Strength, Cardio + Strength, and/or Sweaty Saturday/Sunday). **If you’re new to us, we recommend starting on a STRENGTH DAY — the pace is slower, and it's the perfect entry point.
