This is a 90 minute Semi-Private Training, Built by women, for women. Strong(H)er is our signature semi-private strength training experience focused on helping you feel strong, capable, and confident in your body. Each session targets foundational lifts, functional movement patterns, and progressive overload in a joint-friendly format that supports strength gains, lean muscle, and body awareness. Whether you’re new to lifting or leveling up your routine, you’ll receive personalized coaching in a supportive small-group environment.
